My weight loss lunch

I’ve done a lot of thinking about how I eat. Which meal is most important to me. Do I go to bed hungry or satisfied. I choose satisfied. For this reason I have been keeping my lunches to around 300 calories and filling with vegetables.

This is lunch. 

Lunch is 100 calories of shredded cheese, 160 calories of tortilla, and celery. All dipped in homemade salsa. I’ve been eating this for a week now. It carries me to dinner where I have 1000 calories to choose from. This allows me to eat a full meal at dinner without regret or ending my day hungry. There are many people who could not function like this but this has worked for me in the past and is working for me currently.
